Ingredients
- 200 g sweet cream
- 2 tablespoon jelly, (apple jelly)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 2 g apples, juicy

- Beat the sweet cream until stiff. Fold in the apple jelly and cinnamon to sweeten and flavor. Grate the apples and stir in the cream.
- Arrange in small glass bowls and dust with a little cinnamon.
- For decoration you can use apple peel curls, very pretty from red apples.
