Ingredients- 2 apples, crisp
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon mascarpone
- 2 teaspoons jelly (currant)

- Peel the apples, remove the core and grate roughly. Mix immediately with lemon juice and maple syrup and divide between two plates. Place a tablespoon of mascarpone and 1 teaspoon of jelly on each apple pile. Serve soon.
