Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples and sauté briefly.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dough. Put the dough in a greased springform pan. Lightly press. Place the steamed apples on top.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the crumble and knead briefly with your fingers until they have turned into crumble. Then put these on the dough and the apples. Bake at 175 degrees for about 70 minutes.
