Wash the apple first. On the top of the apple, 6 approx. 1 cm long petals are carved around the apple stem with a knife. Then cut off the lid, including the petals, from the apple. Now, around the petals with the shell, the petals are cut out again with a border, so that the apple lid becomes a blossom.
The lower half of the apple is now hollowed out. Leave a 1-2 cm margin. The pulp can be used for the fruit salad later.
Now brush all open sides with lemon juice so that the apple does not turn brown.
Cut the kiwi into pieces and serve as a fruit salad together with the grapes, strawberries and the pulp of the hollowed out apple in the lower half of the apple.
Finally, the flower is put on a wooden stick and attached to the fruit basket. It is best to put the wooden stick in a stable fruit or in the edge of the fruit basket.
