Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the eggs and stir. Stir in the beer, season with salt and cinnamon.
Peel the apples and cut out the cores. Then cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices.
Heat the oil in a higher pan. Dip an apple slice in the beer batter, drain a little and bake in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Process the remaining apple slices in the same way.
Place the finished cakes on a paper towel to degrease. Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle with it.
