Instructions

  1. After coreing the apples, cut them into small cubes and mix with the cinnamon, the two types of sugar and 4 tablespoon butterscotch sauce. Grease a baking dish and distribute the apple mixture in it. Roughly crumble the biscuits, mix with the melted butter and pour over the apple mixture. Bake the whole thing at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes and in the meantime whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
  2. Layer the warm apple mixture with the cream and some butterscotch sauce in a glass.
