packet preserving sugar 2:
some lemon juice

teaspoon cinnamon
some vanilla flavor

Instructions
Mix the grated apples with the raisins, the preserving sugar, lemon juice and flavorings in a saucepan and let stand for about 2 hours. Then bring the mixture to the boil, boil for 3 minutes and pour into jam jars.
Tastes very fruity and aromatic.
