Ingredients
- 800 g apples, sour, coarsely rated
- 125 g raisins, pickled in rum
- 1 packet preserving sugar 2:
- some lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- some vanilla flavor

- Mix the grated apples with the raisins, the preserving sugar, lemon juice and flavorings in a saucepan and let stand for about 2 hours. Then bring the mixture to the boil, boil for 3 minutes and pour into jam jars.
- Tastes very fruity and aromatic.
