- Place the applesauce in a saucepan, dissolve the gelatin in it, let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Prepare a mold or silicone muffins. Chop nectarines into small pieces.
- After 30 minutes, heat the apple mass, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil!
- Add nectarines, stir.
- Pour into a mold or several molds, leave to cool at room temperature. Then put it in the refrigerator. In 2-4 hours, wonderful jellies are ready!
