Instructions

  1. Wash or peel the apples, mango and 1/2 avocado, cut into small pieces and put together in a bowl. Cut the green of the washed spring onion into fine rings and add.
  2. Put the remaining ingredients including the remaining avocado half in a blender. The result is a creamy, rather thick dressing. Pour this over the apple-mango-avocado mixture and mix well.
  3. A sweet-sour-spicy fresh salad. Perfect for summer temperatures and too many apples from the garden.
