- 1 mango (s)
- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 2 small chilli pepper (s), dried
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- 1 dash vinegar
- 1 dash oil
- salt and pepper

- Wash or peel the apples, mango and 1/2 avocado, cut into small pieces and put together in a bowl. Cut the green of the washed spring onion into fine rings and add.
- Put the remaining ingredients including the remaining avocado half in a blender. The result is a creamy, rather thick dressing. Pour this over the apple-mango-avocado mixture and mix well.
- A sweet-sour-spicy fresh salad. Perfect for summer temperatures and too many apples from the garden.
