  • 100 g mano (s)
  • 50 g avocado (s)
  • 150 g lettuce heart (s)
  • 50 g pomeranate seeds
  • 50 g kernels e.. sunflower, pumpkin and pine kernels
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the lettuce. Dice the mango and avocado.
  2. Arrange the salad with the mango and avocado cubes on a plate. Put the pomegranate seeds on the salad.
  3. Roast the sunflower, pumpkin and pine nuts in a frying pan and let them cool.
  4. For the dressing, mix the olive oil and red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pour the seeds over the salad.
