Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mango and place in a large bowl. Peel, dice and add the avocado. Wash the rocket and add to the bowl. Dice the feta and add it to the bowl as well.
  2. Boil the eggs hard, fry the bacon briefly.
  3. In the meantime, mix the vinegar, oil, mustard, honey and chili powder together. When the eggs are hard-boiled, peel and quarter them. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with the bacon and eggs.
