Instructions

  1. Mix the unpeeled, pitted and diced apples, oat flakes and cranberries in a saucepan. Add the apple juice and bring to the boil. Set the saucepan aside and add the coconut milk. Let everything stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in half of the matcha powder. Put the porridge in bowls and serve sprinkled with the remaining matcha powder and the coconut chips, which have been roasted without fat.
