Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal in a bowl, pour the apple juice and lemon juice over it and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots and apples and stir into the oatmeal mixture. Mix in the cottage cheese and apple juice.
  3. Garnish with roasted pumpkin seeds if desired. If you like, you can also mix in 1 - 2 tablespoons of raisins.
