Ingredients
- 100 g oatmeal, tender
- 200 ml apple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large carrot (s)
- 4 apples
- 200 g cottae cheese
- 2 tablespoon apple juice
- possibly pumpkin seeds, roasted
- possibly raisins

- Put the oatmeal in a bowl, pour the apple juice and lemon juice over it and let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Peel and grate the carrots and apples and stir into the oatmeal mixture. Mix in the cottage cheese and apple juice.
- Garnish with roasted pumpkin seeds if desired. If you like, you can also mix in 1 - 2 tablespoons of raisins.
