- For the dough, beat the butter with powdered sugar and salt until frothy. Stir in the flour so that an initially crumbly mass is formed.

- In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a water bath for the filling. Stir in the Nutella.

- Peel the apples or pears, remove the core and dice.
