Instructions

  1. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan with a little oil,
  2. Add the onions, cut into rings, and let them brown.
  3. Sweat the diced apples briefly, then deglaze with the stock.
  4. Let it simmer gently (about 20 minutes) until the apples are cooked through / disintegrated.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and (good) marjoram.
