Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, eggs, cranberries, salt and sugar in a bowl to form a smooth dough.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan on medium heat.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the core with an apple cutter, cut into slices and place on a plate.
  4. Put half of the batter in the pan and cover with half of the apple slices.
  5. If the dough can be moved easily in the pan, slide it onto a large plate, return it to the pan with the apple side down and bake it out.
  6. Make the 2nd pancake in the same way.
  7. Put a finished pancake on each plate, the ice cream on top and delicious!
