Instructions

  1. Mix the first six ingredients together. Peel the apples, cut into eighths and cut into thin slices (I do this with a grated cucumber). Drizzle with lemon juice. Add the apples to the batter and mix well. Heat the fat in a small pan, use a spoon to add one portion at a time and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with syrup after baking.
  2. Personally, I don`t drizzle the apples with lemon juice because I cut the apples straight into the batter. If you don`t like maple syrup, you can also use cinnamon / sugar or applesauce. The pancakes also taste very good on their own.
