Ingredients
- 125 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 3 egg (s)
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown (alternatively white sugar)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 4 apples
- 1 lemon (s), including the juice
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoon syrup (maple syrup)
- Fat, for frying

- Mix the first six ingredients together. Peel the apples, cut into eighths and cut into thin slices (I do this with a grated cucumber). Drizzle with lemon juice. Add the apples to the batter and mix well. Heat the fat in a small pan, use a spoon to add one portion at a time and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with syrup after baking.
- Personally, I don`t drizzle the apples with lemon juice because I cut the apples straight into the batter. If you don`t like maple syrup, you can also use cinnamon / sugar or applesauce. The pancakes also taste very good on their own.
