Instructions

  1. Peel the pear and apple, remove the core and cut into cubes. Put the grape juice and 70 ml Vin Santo in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let simmer for about 15 minutes, then puree.
  2. Mix the rest of the Vin Santo with the mustard powder and the fruit puree, season with the cinnamon.
  3. Tip: Pour boiling hot into clean twist-off glasses and keep as a reserve. The apple and pear mustard will keep for several weeks.
