Mix the clarified butter, eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar and a dash of rum together well. Add the apples and mix in. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the mixture. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour at gas mark 4 (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C). Make a stick or knife test before removing.
