Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base and knead a dough with your hands. Chill for 20 minutes. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Roll out the dough (if it sticks, sprinkle with flour) or press it in the springform pan. Press up about 1.5 cm of the dough at the edge. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges. Cover the floor with it.
