Prepare the batter. Greased 2/3 of the dough in a springform pan (26cm), fill it, cover with 750g apple slices (cucumber slicer), prepared and weighed. Stir 3 tablespoons of milk into the remaining dough, distribute evenly over the apples, cover with 50g flakes of butter.

Baking time: 40-50 min (2 levels from the bottom)
After cooling, take them out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
