Ingredients

  • 125 g mararine or butter
  • 70 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 drops flavor (lemon)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 750 g apples, (floury variety)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter. Greased 2/3 of the dough in a springform pan (26cm), fill it, cover with 750g apple slices (cucumber slicer), prepared and weighed. Stir 3 tablespoons of milk into the remaining dough, distribute evenly over the apples, cover with 50g flakes of butter.
  2. Electricity: 175 - 200 degrees C.
  3. Baking time: 40-50 min (2 levels from the bottom)
  4. After cooling, take them out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
