Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 5 apples (Boskoop)
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except the apples) together, put 2/3 of the dough in a greased 28-inch baking pan. Peel the apples, cut them in half and place them on the dough. Put the rest of the batter on top.
  2. Bake at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
