- 200 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 apples (Boskoop)
- Icing sugar for sprinkling
- Fat for the shape

- Mix all ingredients (except the apples) together, put 2/3 of the dough in a greased 28-inch baking pan. Peel the apples, cut them in half and place them on the dough. Put the rest of the batter on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
