Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 300 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the shape

For the filling:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 glass applesauce, large glass
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from the ingredients for the dough. Grease a 26 mm springform pan and put about 2/3 of the dough in the pan as a base and pull up a thin edge.
  2. Then peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Mix this with the applesauce and cinnamon. Then spread the mixture on the floor.
  3. Now put the rest of the dough as a grid or as a crumble on the mixture and then bake on the middle rack with top / bottom heat for about 1 hour in the preheated oven at approx. 180 - 200 ° C.
