Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 300 g flour, (type 405)
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg yolks

For covering:

  • 50 g raisins in rum
  • 600 g apples, (Boskoop)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice

For the cream:

  • 600 g cream
  • 1 packet pudding powder, (vanilla)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g almond (s), (sliced)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the apples and blanch them with a little water and lemon juice. (Soft apples don`t need to be blanched, but put in lemon water to keep them from turning brown.)
  2. Make a dough using the ingredients for shortcrust pastry according to the instructions. Springform pan with 28 cm &
