Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 325 grams flour
  • 2 large apples
  • 1 pack pudding powder (baking pudding cream)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 75 g apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Sieve the baking powder and flour on top, fold in quickly. Peel an apple, grate it roughly and fold it into the dough as well. Pour half of the batter into a 26 cm diameter springform pan.
  2. Prepare the pudding cream according to the instructions on the package, but only with 150 ml milk. Spread on the dough base. Spread the rest of the dough over it.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  4. Peel and dice the second apple. Then spread in a star shape on the cake. Bake for about 60 minutes. Spread the jam on the hot cake. Let cool down.
