Ingredients

  • 1 kg apples
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup cream, optional

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the blossom and cut the fruit into nut-sized pieces. Refine the prepared apples with sugar and water to make a compote. Transfer the compote and let it cool down.
  2. Drain the compote on a sieve and bring the liquid to the boil with apple juice and vanilla pudding powder.
  3. Fold the compote into the vanilla pudding, fill into dessert molds, cover with cling film and allow to cool.
  4. If you like, decorate the dessert with a whipped cream at the end.
