Ingredients
- 6 cup / s cranberries, fresh, whole fruit
- 1 apple, grated
- 0.5 ½ cup cane sugar, brown
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar, possibly with a vanilla flavor
- 1 cup water
- 1 ½ cup juice (orange and pineapple)
- 1 lemon (s)

- Heat the water and sugar together and let them reduce slightly. Then add the washed cranberries and bring to the boil. Pop 4/5 of the cranberries and then add the juice and apple. Let everything boil up together with the juice of the lemon. Let them cool down and taste.
