Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For covering:

  • 700 ml apple juice
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 7 large apples (e.g. Boskop)
  • 1 packet cream
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients.
  2. For the topping, cook the pudding with the apple juice. Cut the apples into small sticks and stir them into the still hot pudding. Put the mixture on the base and bake the cake for 45 - 60 minutes at 180 ° C.
  3. After cooling, whip the cream, pour it on the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
