Whip Up Pie

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 0.5 cups
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Sour cream 15% – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Fruit jam – 1 glass (to taste)

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven.

  2. Add sugar.

  9. Then spread the mass in a layer of about 3 mm (1/3 part) in a mold or on a pastry sheet greased with margarine.
  10. Place the dish on the middle shelf, bake in the oven at 180 ° C until golden brown (about 7-10 minutes). So bake all the tortillas.
  11. Grease the baked cakes with fruit (apricot, plum, apple, or blackcurrant) jam.
  12. Stack as it smudges.
