Instructions
- Knead all the shortcrust pastry ingredients. Then roll out the dough on baking paper and place on a baking sheet.
- Peel and core the apples, cut into small wedges and spread on the dough. Mix the cream, pudding powder and sugar and pour over the apples.
- Knead the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle over the cake.
- Bake for about 1 hour at 170 degrees.
- For a springform pan, use 2/3 the amount!
