Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 egg (s)

For covering:

  • 4 apples
  • 400 g cream
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 tablespoon sugar

For the sprinkles:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead all the shortcrust pastry ingredients. Then roll out the dough on baking paper and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Peel and core the apples, cut into small wedges and spread on the dough. Mix the cream, pudding powder and sugar and pour over the apples.
  3. Knead the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle over the cake.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour at 170 degrees.
  5. For a springform pan, use 2/3 the amount!
