- 200 g mararine
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 400 g flour
- 4 tablespoon water, cold
- 750 g apples
- 50 g almond (s), chopped
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 packs vanilla sugar

- First you knead the margarine with the sugar into a dough. Then you add the flour with the baking powder and a packet of vanilla sugar and also add the water. Everything is kneaded into a dough and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- In the meantime, peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. The apples are mixed with the sour cream and the rest of the vanilla sugar.
- The springform pan is greased and 2/3 of the batter is spread over it. You also have to shape an edge. The apples are placed on top of the dough and the rest of the dough in the form of crumble. The almonds are spread on top and then a sugar-cinnamon mixture is sprinkled over them.
- The cake takes 35-40 minutes at 200 ° top and bottom heat.
