Apple Pie with Quark Topping
Instructions
- Knead the flour, 50 g starch, egg, 50 g sugar and butter.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel, quarter and core apples and cut into wedges.
- Put the dough in a greased springform pan, distribute it evenly and make an approx. 2 cm high rim.
- Spread the apples on the dough.
