Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 70 g cornstarch
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 g suar
- 75 g butter
- 500 g apples
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 g quark
- 1 teaspoon lemon (s), grated zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 egg whites

- Knead the flour, 50 g starch, egg, 50 g sugar and butter.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel, quarter and core apples and cut into wedges.
- Put the dough in a greased springform pan, distribute it evenly and make an approx. 2 cm high rim.
- Spread the apples on the dough.
- Mix egg yolks, quark, remaining sugar and remaining starch as well as lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
- Pour the quark mixture over the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
