Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g suar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 65 ml milk

For covering:

  • 3 apples, roughly grated
  • 4 egg whites
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 150 g nuts, rated
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the dough and spread them into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  2. Distribute the grated apples evenly on this dough, beat the egg white into snow, whip the icing sugar with and fold in the nuts, spread the mixture on the grated apples.
  3. Bake at 175 ° (hot air) for about 25 minutes. Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into pieces.
