Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the roots and stems, remove the core, grate roughly and drain in a colander. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Chop the almonds into small pieces.
  2. For the dough, mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and stir together with the butter until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs, then the well-drained zucchini. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the foam mass.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Set the springform pan to 25 cm, fill in the dough, cover with the apple slices and sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes (do a cooking test).
