Instructions

  1. Beat the baking margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 eggs with the mixer for at least 3 minutes to a smooth mass. Mix the flour and baking powder, add sieved and stir in.
  2. Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and dice the wedges into small pieces. Mix the apple cubes into the batter. Mix in the chocolate chips. (If the dough is too firm for you, you can stretch it with a little apple juice.)
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (fan oven: 200 ° C / gas mark 4).
