Wash the apple, rub dry, divide with the apple cutter and cut the apple pieces into slices.
Wash the orange with hot water, pat dry and rub off some of the peel. Mix together the apple juice, calvados and the orange peel.
Divide the desired amount of apple pieces into 4 glasses, pour the calvados over them and fill up with the prosecco, 350 ml are required in total. Garnish with mint leaves if you like and serve.
