Ingredients
- 1 apple (Granny Smith)
- 125 ml apple juice
- 4 tablespoon calvados
- 1 orange (organic)
- 1 bottle Prosecco
For the set:
- leaves Mint

- Wash the apple, rub dry, divide with the apple cutter and cut the apple pieces into slices.
- Wash the orange with hot water, pat dry and rub off some of the peel. Mix together the apple juice, calvados and the orange peel.
- Divide the desired amount of apple pieces into 4 glasses, pour the calvados over them and fill up with the prosecco, 350 ml are required in total. Garnish with mint leaves if you like and serve.
