Ingredients
- 200 g hazelnuts
- 360 g suar
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g cocoa powder, (e.. Kaba)
- 5 egg (s)
- 200 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco)
- 200 ml oil (rapeseed oil)

- Put the hazelnuts in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds / speed 6 (10 seconds / speed 10).
- Add all other ingredients and work into a dough for 45 seconds / speed 5 (possibly with the help of the spatula).
- Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
