Ingredients

  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 360 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 g cocoa powder, (e.. Kaba)
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 200 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco)
  • 200 ml oil (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

  1. Put the hazelnuts in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds / speed 6 (10 seconds / speed 10).
  2. Add all other ingredients and work into a dough for 45 seconds / speed 5 (possibly with the help of the spatula).
  3. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
