Ingredients

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 40 ml coconut syrup
  • 800 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco)
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash 200 g raspberries, put 4 berries aside for decoration.
  2. Puree the remaining raspberries with coconut syrup and strain through a sieve. Fill into 4 glasses and top up with 200 ml Prosecco each. Put 1 raspberry each on a wooden skewer. Serve the drink garnished with the berry skewer and mint.
