- 800 g blackberries
- 300 ml prosecco
- 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

- Wash the blackberries and then drain well. Bring the prosecco to the boil together with the blackberries, stirring constantly.
- Then add the preserving sugar and cook for another three minutes. Then pour the jam into glasses and allow to cool.
