Instructions

  1. Pour the tea into a saucepan and add the rock candy. Peel the fruit and cut into thin slices, add to tea.
  2. Add the spices and bring to the boil. Let it steep for approx. 10 minutes over a low heat. Remove from the stove, pour in the calvados, pass everything through a sieve and serve hot.
