Ingredients
- 1 liter tea, black, stronger
- 100 g rock suar, brown
- 500 g apple
- 0.5 ½ pineapple, fresh
- 0.5 ½ lime (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 clove (s)
- 3 coriander seeds
- 3 allspice grains
- 250 ml calvados

- Pour the tea into a saucepan and add the rock candy. Peel the fruit and cut into thin slices, add to tea.
- Add the spices and bring to the boil. Let it steep for approx. 10 minutes over a low heat. Remove from the stove, pour in the calvados, pass everything through a sieve and serve hot.
