Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Grind the cardamom, squeeze the lemon and put everything in a saucepan with the star anise, honey and 200 ml apple juice. Simmer on a low heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. Then fill up with calvados and the rest of the apple juice, add dry white wine if necessary, and heat again - do not boil.
  3. With an untreated lemon, a lemon slice can be used as a decoration in the glass.
  4. The recipe can be expanded as required, e.g., with a cinnamon stick. If there are no spices available, mulled fix etc. can also be used.
